This is a great position for a college student or recent graduate looking for first-hand experience at a growing mobile application startup. This intern will be responsible for helping to shape visual identity and marketing strategy by creating visually appealing content for various channels including social media, direct e-mail marketing and web-based campaigns. The intern will utilize communication and writing skills to reach targeted audiences through multiple mediums.

As the Marketing Design Intern you will:

  • Manage multiple social media platforms including content, interaction, analysis, listening etc.
  • Manage social media campaigns
  • Maintain and manage blog
  • Develop and implement email campaigns
  • Assist with website management
  • Develop and implement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Marketing, communications, business administration or management, visual arts, graphic design, and consumer behavior related majors.

  • Be able to work with ALL disciplines (interaction design, information architecture and user experience) and drive design directions from conceptual development through final implementation.
  • Have rock solid design principles, great problem solving skills and possesses excellent imaginative design collaboration aptitude.
  • Effectively communicate, specify and describe your designs to fellow designers, developers, Testers, PMs, senior leadership and other designers without ambiguity and within deadlines
